At least 11 people were injured , two of them critically , after clashes between hundreds of mass West Papua National Committee ( KNPB ) and dozens of police officers in Waena Expo Cultural Park , Village Waena , Heram District , City of Jayapura , Papua , on Tuesday ( 11/26/2013 ) afternoon .
